Healthy Living?
Q: Hi guys, I am looking for advise. My boyfriend and I moved in together about a 2 months ago, since we’ve been living together though I have been eating very unhealthy. I use to eat veg and when I did eat chicken it would have been in a stir fry with veg, mainly because I am not a very good cook and don’t like spending time in a kitchen. But since my boyfriend has moved in we cook together, it our quility time we spend communicating, only thing now we eat meat every night and lots of pasta and potatoes. Not that I never use to eat this but not every night, I’ve converted him to more veg and he loves his veg now, but how on earth do I get him to eat more healthy meals??
We’ve both gained a few pounds and I am now desperate, we need to get rid of the extra weigh but the word healthy eating equals diet to my boyfriend.
Any ideas on how to convert your man to a better lifestyle?
Desperate, please help?
A: my ex husband was like this..all he eat was un healthy things which in turn so did i..till one day i gave myself a wake up call….i started to excersise myself and when he ate steak i would have a very small potion of it on a salad….thats it…and i would eat much smalled portions…tell him extra time in the bedroom can serve as added excersise also….once my ex saw me eating healthier he eventually got on bored cause not only did i look better but had more energy
A: if you do the shopping then buy all healthy things and if he doesnt eat it then tough he will have to go hungry and if he keeps it up say at the weekend you can get a take away as a treat or something?
A: Suggest that he tries some veggie recipes. You buy healthy ingredients and say to him, “I’ve heard of a great recipe do you want to help me cook it?” That way he won’t feel threatened as he will be experimenting with you. Try Asia cooking which normally have no or little meat in them.
