Healthy living regime?

Question: Healthy living regime?

I am looking for a regime that isn’t just about what you eat, but that involves easy-to-do excersises that can be done at home?

I’m not looking for some sort of 30 day crash diet thing, that will make me loose like half my weight or something.

Just a simple, healthy living and eating plan that will help me get back into shape before my holiday on July the 19th.

There are some really good tips on marthastewart.com– and then click “whole living”. There are a whole slew of sources on the internet that you can use, as well as youtube videos of various yoga, pilates, and other exercises you can do in your home. I’m assuming that since you said “holiday” you’re not in the states, but if you do have access to a wal-mart, they sell “10 minute solutions” dvds– a dvd with a collection of 5 different 10 minute work-outs that you can watch one at a time if you’re short on time, or can link together to make a 20, 30, 40, or 50 minute workout. They’re really great, and the pilates dvd helped me tone my abs in about two months, they’re really great! Good luck!

You just have to be physically healthy doing daily workouts. You need to be active for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week doing certain activities. Just walking is a great work out.
