Today’s topic:
1.Do you fall into the habbit of bad  lifestyle?
2.What’s your advice to keep a healthy living habbit?

A:  what a astonishing tabulation,i have 4 kinds bad habit which listed in this.
so i have to remind of myself that i need to change my life sytle.
first,have breakfast every morning.
second,insist on excersice
third,don’t play with my pc too long.

finanlly, i have to say,there are still some advices to us to keep a good health.
1:don’t eat food like mcdonal,keep a healthy diet.
2:don’t make you feel fatigue

A:  People always makes three mistakes on health.the first one is innocence;the second one is knowing it but not knowing it;the third one is doing it but can’t insist it.so we know it:”a man is not dead of disease,but dead of ignorance”.if you want to fall into the habit of good lifestyle,you must solve the above-mentioned problem,then you can possess the health.
there are 10 kinds of bad habits which are harm to your health:
the first one:extremely shortage of exercise;
the second one:not going to see the docter when you are ill;
the third one:shortage of active medical examination;
the fourth one:havn’t breakfast.
the fifth one:shortage of exchangeing with your family member.
the sixth one:being in air conditioning environment long time.
the seventh one:keep sitting and no noving long time.
the eighth one:can’t quarantee enough sleeping time.
the ninth one:continuing using computer long time.
the tenth one:having food and drink disorderly.

A: 

I have five bad habbits!   I always think I have agreat health,so I don’t like to go to the hospital and didn’t ate any medicine when I have a cold ; I also don’t like communicate with my family because i want to deal with everything by self ; Finally,I have to face my PC at least 9 hours in everyday and sit at all time !
    I must to change my lifestyle !

A:  I think it is important for us to make out in ourselve rooms every day to keep a healthy habbit of lifestyle. as far as  me. I have exercised headstand for more than seven years before I have a little poor health,and now I feel stranger and more energic than before
