parking your car far away so u have a longer walk to work/mall/school/etc. walking up and down stairs twice at home before u get to your room/ toe raises while on the phone……… Slim fast drinks/bars/ jamba juice light smoothies

Even doing the laundry, vacuuming, moping the floor, etc. can keep you in shape
