For Overweight Kids What Is The Healthy Food To Loose Weight Without Disturbing Their Charmness.?
If one kid of 11-12 years old is overweight and want to reduce its weight, but don’t want to loose charm of its face because of loosing its weight. what is the healthy food and diet and excercise for them.

well first off,u shouldnt diet…diets dont work and u have 2 make a life style change and never starve urself or go below 1600 calories…just eat healthy!!!!!! and please never starve urself!
u should never feel hungry and ignore it…eat when u are hungry! find foods that u enjoy eating that are healthy! dont eat foods u hate just cuz u think u “should” cuz its the “right” food to eat….then u will always be motivated to just be healthy…not diet!…and its ok to eat cakes and chips and other “junk” foods!!! just as long as u dont overindulge! its not like u will gain weight from 1 day of eating all bad or having a piece of cake! it doesnt work like that! enjoy your food and u can EAT WHAT U WANT!…i will give u a list of the basic foods and then healthy meals and snacks
-fruits
-vegies
-whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal
-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds…peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit
-beans
SNACKS/lunch
-baked lays chips
-cheesesticks
-100 calorie packs
-breyers double churned(and no added sugar)chocolate fudge brownie ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars
-fruit pops
-lean pockets
-fat free pudding
-graham crackers
-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese
-applesauce
-soup
-hummus and pita chips
-no sugar added nesquik and milk

-an apple could go along with anything
-scrambled egg whites and low fat or non fat shredded chedder cheese

for drinks: milk, chocolate milk, 100% juice(preferably orange)

“Disturbing their charmness.” I do not wish to sound harsh, but, like most people of today, we seem to place more into a problem than there really is. I would say, What does “didturbing their charmness have to do with a weight loss?” With that, one has already created a problem for the child. An adult phrase that has confused the child and set a road block upon them.
First, as a parent, slow down and learn your child. Notice their capabilities or strengths and began a type of activity for the child. Just feed the child food. The activities you are having for the child will take care of the weight. Spend time to make sure your child is not laying with a remote control, staring at a computer full time, sitting down full time, and do not let your child take up your habits. Parents are getting older and their activities slow down. Some people have children later in life. Let the child play hide and seek, play tag, or let them take push ups and reward them for the number they do.
Secondly, compliment your child on a regular basis of how strong he is (little boys like to be strong.) Let the boys wrestle each other under another man or boys watch. These are preventives for your child. What good parent want to wait until their child get fat, then try to put them on a diet? You can forget it then, because they are now trained. All kids are not athletes, but athletes keep their weight in check by being active. The best way for your child to lose weight is exercise more
Thirdly, be consistent if you start any activity with your child. It will be difficult, people have to work and make a living. But remember, that is not the child’s business or fault. You decided to bring the child into the world. God, Family, Work. We may not be religious but if this is out of order, look at what is happening? After the child is born, they are going to do as much as you allow.
Fourtly, the parent should be disciplined themselves. As the child learned the words you speak, he will also learn your ways. Parents cannot be lazy, smoke, drink, curse, be ugly to other people, talk ugly about other people, and argue. The child will take those habits. The next thing the child will take those habits to School…Then you will get phone calls from the Teachers/Principles, trust me. You have to show the kids activities. Kids do what they see you do, not necessarily what you say. Again, trust me.
Fifthly, know your kids close friends. Allow them to be active together. It is then more fun for them. Baseball is active, but, it is not a strength builder like Basketball, Soccer, football, Minor Boxing, Karate, fake fighting in the gym. Boys will enjoy this and will make you the parent tired just watching. Now, about the diet, it is not an issue, unless the child have some type of gland problem. Some kids are like some of us older adults, they are weak and sickly. That is just a part of life we have to deal with. If we as parents worry about that, then we become overweight or stressed. A few pointers I have given in plain language even a child can understand.
