Get plenty of hot sauce on it as this also helps your body burn fat faster. I like to get 1/3 chicken, 1/3 shredded spicy beef, and 1/3 steak. Every day we hear on TV, read in the newspapers or on the Net about how important is to eat healthy natural food.  The truth is when we go buying food it can be hard to decide which food is best for consume.  Many times we are uncertain if we should take this or that orange or pepper and not so many times we are certain that we’ve made the exact selection.

Specialists advise that we should eat food that is marked as “organic”.  This signifies some facts about the quality as restricted use of chemicals and pesticides.  But actually the fact is that you don’t have to buy organic to eat healthy – natural foods are very good possible choice, without the high prices.  Natural food means foods made of simple, familiar ingredients that you can identify that came from the earth, not from a factory, so the nutritional value is guaranteed.  You should also look for words like “local” and “seasonal” because that means that you are eating the products when and where they supposed to be eaten.

It’s natural to know and consume what is grown and caught near you.  

Now you know how to select your food, so we will give you information about the top 10 natural foods that you should eat.  You are what you eat and your life is not just one of the cooking games, so be careful about it.

- Almonds are a great source of proteins, vitamin E, and calcium. They prevent from heart diseases, help decrease cholesterol and help also with weight maintenance and loss.

- Another “super food” are the apricots, no matter fresh or dried.  They are rich in fibre, full of potassium, and low in calories.

- Maybe you are afraid to eat chocolate, but you should know that chocolate and cocoa are a great source of powerful antioxidants that help fight diseases.  Consuming them in acceptable amounts helps you lower the blood pressure and improve blood flow-plus.  Also here is the effect of feeling better as an added bonus.

- Cucumbers are mainly build of water. They are mineral rich, full of potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins A and C.  Cucumbers are low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium.

- Figs are a wonderful source of dietary fibre and calcium also.

    Hey Darin, do you think Subway’s Tuna Sandwich a bad choice? I usually get 9-grain wheat, extra extra spinach, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, and cucumbers. Then for a little taste I get just 1 strip of sweet onion. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

    @fatlosslifestyle. Hey I’m 14 and I like eating healthy. Anyways i’m always getting bullied for eating healthy and exercising by my parents. Even I also read a report about teens that eat healthy tends to lead to obesity in adult years. Anyways I have a very very fast metabolism. I’m very slim I want to build muscle. Anyways my parents were thinking that I would starve myself. No I don’t When I eat I eat healthy.

    hey darin, great video. i know the pros of taking creatine monohydrate as well as how taxing it can possibly be on your kidneys and/or liver. you being a person who overcame a cancerous kidney, do you have an opinion on taking supplements like creatine monohydrate. i understand the effects vary from one person to another but im curious as to your take on the matter

    @sp5286 hahaha you read too much of everything. Studies shows that brown rice is much better but don’t skip the white rice it helps lower insulin which is good. Brown and white are equally good so don’t change a thing. White rice is starchy so I would not recommend eating it at dinner time. ugh! so much things to say… hahahha hope that helps.

    hahah that meal cost you about 10 dolla or maybe more? for a burrito and a salad that’s about 20 dollar there so if you were to go spend that on high quality food at super market then you got more food. but time is precious some don’t bother going to the kitchen so CHipotle is the way to go. Darin nice vids liking the meal series! You plan going to Five guys burgers or In n Out soon?
