Does Worrying Make You Lose Weight? And What High Calorie Healthy Food Will Be Stored?

I am very worried about a few things. I’m trying to force myself to eat more because it seems to make me lose weight. I don’t want to make myself ill on top of everything else. Is it true that worrying is making me lose weight? What high calories but healthy food will help me keep the weight on?

A:                 Like the others say, yes it does. You need fresh vegetables and plenty of protein. A few years ago I was so stressed out my friends thought I was going to die. I dropped from 9 and half stone down to 7 stone and could hardly stand sometimes. I was trying to eat but was victim of a scam at the time. I have managed to build my self up but recently a dear friend of mine visited me and I still look very withdrawn facially. its a hard one to combat even for a guy. Please check out with your doctor. They gave me liquid protein to help me and it tastes nice. Also plenty of red meat dear. sTry to be positive about it . Ive always been slim and when i was on medication I put on pounds. Eat high calorie foods, like chocolates, yogurts milk etc.
You should really see your doctor though they may give you help for the problems and then calorie supplements too.
