Hi,I did the following:

I just fasted for 2 days.Getting all the mexican food and grease out from christmas and what not.Im a dancer so im very active but also paranoid about my weight.I just want to eat healthy but im not sure whats the best way.Today i had A multi vitamin shake w a slice of whole weat bread, for lunch i had one cup of stir fry chicken and veggies.Is that healthy? Im a dude so im not sure any advice on what to not eat and what i should eat?

That sounds pretty healthy to me. Just don’t over eat.

starving yourself isnt the best way to be healthy. you get hypoglycaemia.
Put these guideline quantities on the plate:
40% vegetables/fruit
40% carbs eg. pasta
20% protein eg. chicken or dairy.
Use fats sparingly and eat small amounts of dairy.
