Kids aged 7-10 meet for 2 hours on Mondays after school. We dice, fold and chop together, making a healthy multi-course meal. We plant herbs to bring home. We always bring a taste of what we made to our family!

There is only so much road food you can take – all the fast food in the world never appealed to me to begin with. So we took matters into our own hands and stocked up on steamed collard greens, steamed corn, crunchy sprouts and juicy, succulent peaches.
