Again…the thumbnail isn’t a picture of his cooking – it’s a stolen image. If you want a really good black forest cheesecake recipe, go to my Mum’s channel. AussieTrueBlueRecipes. Nicko’s cooking is shit.

  21. By pegasus1254, September 26, 2011 @ 3:37 am

the premade piecrust ruines it for me, for me it’s not cheesecake if it doesn’t have the graham cracker crust and a creamy cream cheese filling and a golden top from the oven with nor fruit or anything on top.

I made this cheesecake & the filling turned out really sloppy, i had it in the fridge overnight, i’m not sure if it’s because i used an electric beater to beat the mix, i tried to mix it the way the video did but it would of taken forever to get those lumps out & i don’t have a food processor! I won’t be making this again?

  24. By hussam41, September 26, 2011 @ 4:34 am

Great cheesecake and easy to make. Question: my mixture had some lumps of cheese, does it differ if the cream cheese is light or regular? Thanks again for the recipie and your other recipies, my family and I are really enjoying them a lot!
