A:

well heres a favourite of mine, its cheap, healthy and easy. I don’t like tuna but i make myself eat it once a week. In this, it tastes like chicken.
Pasta
1 Egg
Garlic
Onion
I can tuna, drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Parsley and any other herbs you have basil etc
Cook pasta (Boil in salty water till cooked).
In large saucepan, saute onion and garlic until tender.
When pasta is al dente, drain and add immediately to pan. Add tuna and cook, stirring, until heated through. Add the beaten egg, cheese, and herbs. Cook till heated.
Adjust amount of ingredients to taste. Enjoy:-)
Alternatively, a simple salad, scrambled eggs or steamed veggies are easy to made also.

You can’t miss this delicious Tuna recepie.
Ingredients:
1 onion
2 small cans of tuna
1 big can of tomatoes in dice
1 small can of peas / 1 small can of mushrooms
Preparation:
Cut onions in rings and fry in a pan
Add tuna and tomatoes
Let simmer for a few minutes then add peas and mushroom at the end.
Delicious on rice or just like that with a spoon.!

“Spicy grilled fish are cooled down with a fresh crunchy veggie salsa featuring fresh corn. Your guests will swim back for seconds!”
INGREDIENTS
1 cup corn
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 cup peeled, chopped jicama
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 lime, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
6 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 corn tortillas, warmed
Method
1) Preheat grill for high heat.
2) In a medium bowl, mix together corn, red onion, jicama, red bell pepper, and cilantro. Stir in lime juice and zest.
In a small bowl, combine cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, and salt. Brush each fillet with olive oil, and sprinkle with spices.
3) Arrange fillets on grill grate, and cook for 3 minutes per side. For each fiery fish taco, top two corn tortillas with fish, sour cream, and corn salsa.

2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup canned sliced green chiles, or to taste
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Method
Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, green chiles, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Blend on low to desired consistency.

INGREDIENTS
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
2 ounces fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
Method
In a blender or food processor, combine garbanzo beans, jalapeno, cumin, lemon juice, garlic and 1 tablespoon of the reserved bean liquid. Blend until smooth.
