Q&A: Can someone help me out with a healthy food plan?
I’m trying to get back up to running 15 miles a week.. I also do about 3 minutes of sit up/crunches
per day.
I was thinking about getting a personal trainer but I’d rather work on myself.
Do you know of any good websites that have healthy food? I’m not a fan of fatty foods or seafood.. I have a fast food burger every other month to treat myself.. Your help is much appreciated!

just eat 6 small meals a day 2-3 hours apart and make them consits of things low in fats and carbs, like TUNA with low fat mayo, protein shakes, fruits, veggies, chicken
