Yes. Fun fact: The reason the UN is near bankruptcy is that the US continues to refuse to pay its subscription payments (as all members have to do).

Another fun fact: The UN’s cost to each American per year (as per the government’s contribution to the UN) is about the cost of two movie tickets.
