Question: Anyone have any healthy topping ideas for baked potato skins?

In particular I’m looking for something that tastes creamy or rich but is actually healthy. (doesn’t have to be low calorie as long as it’s healthy) Hummus is one idea but I need more.
Thank you everyone for what you’ve added. Anyone have anything really unusual? Like other than the usual sour cream or salsa? I like those but I’m getting bored with them. Need something new.

Okay this is going to seem really weird but my mom watches cooking shows and they usually put things on like cottage cheese and plain yogurt. My mom did the yogurt once and it was awesome! And very healthy :D

I love mine with plain yogurt and chives or dill weed. You can also use low-fat or fat-free Ranch salad dressing (or blue cheese if you like it).

What I do is put cheese on my potato and nuke it to melt it, then I put light sour cream and top it off with bacon bits. I make the Potato my dinner. I don’t like hummus, I haven’t tried yogurt but it is used in a lot of things to make them healthy.
