Q&A: Staying healthy while living at college?
This is my freshman year at college and while it is almost over my diet has been utter crap. I’ve been living off the money made over the summer so frequently buying fresh fruits/veggies/pasta isn’t much of an option. The school’s cafeteria is nice, but trying to eat healthy there is hard, especially when friends are getting pizza, burgers, hotdogs.
So how can I stay motivated to eat healthy, exercise etc.?

Q&A: How does Healthy Living Essentials and Cigarrest get away charging Debit cards without notice?
I was charged .00 on 9/28 by Living Essentials and then charged .90 on the 29th. This was done without my approval.
I even called Cigarrest not to send anymore but got charged anyways. This has also cost me .00 in NSF charges. I want my money back. This is a scam.

What healthy food do I eat to make myself more energetic?
I dont’ have a tiring job, I don’t do anything tiring at home, I exercise regularly (yoga 3-4 times a week), I eat a semi vegetarian diet (mostly broccoli, mushrooms, noodles, fish and eggs). But for some reason, even if I sleep for 10+ hours, I still feel tired.
What type of vitamins am I missing? What foods contain these vitamins?

Question: How to keep my Sea-Monkeys living long and healthy lives.?
OK I’m about to get sea-monkeys and i want to keep them living for a very long time and healthy. I have this stuff for them. -sea diamonds- magic red vitimens- how often do i feed them the food and the vitimens and what exactly do the sea diamonds do.
